Today I finished my last final! I only got 4 hours of sleep studying for it and I was almost late for it because I forgot to bring a pencil with me! It was a difficult semester but my hard work has definently paid off. So far I got a B- in Math 1010, an A- in Physical Science, and I am sure at least an A- in Sociology.
I am excited for summer! New apartment, new schedule, new love, new goals, fun times and warm weather! I will definitely do better at writing more frequently, especially if I really want to become a better writer.
I’ll keep you posted! Thanks for reading!

I’m grateful for Easter
I am so glad that i didnt have to work! I really enjoyed church, there were musical numbers and profound talks given on the Atonment and Resurrection. After church I ate lunch with my roommate Rachelle. She made a big lunch because her parents came up to hear her talk. I took a long nap after that. Then studied a bit before going over to me sister, Sherrie’s house to dye eggs and then eat them!
hehe. I couldn’t stay long because I went to the Church to do extraction with Mark. From there we went to an Easter Cantata ( i think that is what it was) it was musical performance with spoken word, put on by the community of Cache Valley. It was amazing. I am so grateful for my Savior. I found a really great quote. It is the First Presidency Easter Message:
At this Easter season of hope and renewal we testify of the glorious reality of the atonement and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. The empty tomb brought comforting assurance and provided the answer to the question of Job, “If a man die, shall he live again?” (Job 14:14).
Because of the Savior’s resurrection we will overcome death and become the beneficiaries of His mercy and grace. In a world of trouble and uncertainty, His peace fills our hearts and eases our minds. Jesus is in very deed “the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6).
We give our sure witness that Jesus is the Christ. Though He was crucified, He rose triumphant from the tomb to our everlasting blessing and benefit. To each member of the human family He stands as our Advocate, our Savior, and our Friend.
He is my Savior and Friend
Happy Easter!

General Conference

Was amazing! I am go glad that I got to watch most of it! I would have watched all of it, but i missed about the last 45 minutes of the Saturday Afternoon session, because I though I had to go into work at 330 but actually I didn’t have to be there until 430pm. Nevertheless, it was a great weekend.
On Sunday Sherrie made the most Wonderfully, Amazing cinnamon rolls ever! My mouth waters just thinking about them! hehe and between session, Sherrie and I went to Mike and Shannon’s house to have a pot luck lunch. It was so good that I ate too much and thus became way tired during Sunday afternoon session. It didn’t help that we had to listen to it on the radio, (although the sound was amazing compared to my dinky tv at my apartment) because their cable tv wasn’t working.
I am so grateful for the leaders of our Church who declare the words of the Lord, and what He would have us do in this day.
In my Teachings of the Latter Day Prophets institute class, we talked about conference. One girl shared an experience she had while in Salt Lake: she said that while she was walking to the conference center, there were of course the protesters/picketters but she told about one sign she saw that was positive. It said something like: “California thanks you” …or something of the like. I thought that was really cool. There really are nice people in the world today. I really believe that everyone is nice, unless proven wrong, not the other way around. I don’t think people should be treated as mean, until proven nice. I believe it is important to be nice to everyone.
